Welcome to Promo-Bands.co.uk. By placing your order, you are agreeing to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Proof Approval: It is your responsibility to check all aspects of your proof carefully. Any mistakes found after approval are considered your liability.
    

2. QR Codes: If applicable, we recommend that QR codes are printed out at a minimum height of 11mm and test scanned for functionality before proceeding.
    

3. Origin of Goods & Import Duty: All goods are produced in the Far East. Occasionally, HMRC may levy import duty on deliveries. This is usually not the case, but it's important to be aware of the possibility. Any external charges are the buyer's responsibility. Most smaller deliveries (under 500 pcs) arrive duty-free, but this is at the discretion of HM Customs & Excise. As a courtesy, we offer additional free stock with your next order to compensate for any duty applied.
    

4. Delivery Times: Delivery times are estimated. While they are generally very reliable, please note that they are not guaranteed.
    

5. Logo and Print Details: Due to the nature of the print process, some fine details of logos may be lost when reduced to the maximum print height.
    

6. Band Sizes and Design: If your order is split across different band sizes, the design and the print plate will be made to suit the smallest version, which may affect the spacing on larger items. We can make two designs for an additional plate charge of £10.00 upon request.
    

7. Delivery Reception: Ensure that there will be someone available to sign for your delivery. Undelivered orders are subject to the courier’s policies and may be disposed of if redelivery is not re-arranged within their specified time scales. Re-delivery arrangements are the recipient’s responsibility.
    

8. Manufacturers Mark: All products are supplied with the manufacturer's mark embossed inside unless requested otherwise.
    

9. Special Keyring Offer: For those participating in the special keyring offer, a 50mm plain area will be left on your wristband design for keyring attachment. All wristbands and keyrings will be printed the same.
    

10. Acceptance of Terms: Placing your order is also an acceptance of our Terms & Conditions.
     

Payment Terms
 

All goods are supplied on a proforma basis only. Full payment is required at the time of ordering.
