At Promo-Bands.co.uk, we are committed to delivering your custom printed goods promptly and efficiently. Our shipping times vary per product due to the unique nature of each custom order.

  1. Shipping Times: When you place an order, we will provide you with an estimated shipping time based on the specifics of your custom product. These times can vary due to the complexity of your order and our current production schedule.
     

  2. Order Confirmation: Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email that includes the estimated shipping time for your custom product.
     

  3. Shipping Methods: We use reliable shipping carriers to ensure your order arrives safely. The choice of carrier depends on the size and weight of your package, as well as your location.
     

  4. Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status.
     

  5. International Shipping: As most orders are produced outside the UK, shipping times and costs may vary. All customers are responsible for any customs or import duties levied upon the package's arrival in the destination country.

Return & Exchange Policy

We take pride in the quality of our custom printed goods. However, due to the personalised nature of our products, our returns policy is as follows:
 

  1. Faulty Goods or Misdescription: Returns are accepted if the goods are faulty or not as described. If you believe your product is defective or differs from your order specifications, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange for a return and, upon inspection, offer a replacement or a full refund.
     

  2. Custom Printed Goods: Please note that we cannot accept returns for products that are custom made to your specifications, unless they are faulty or not as described. This is because these items are uniquely tailored to your requirements and cannot be resold.
     

  3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the issue. We will provide instructions on how to return the goods.
     

  4. Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.
     

  5. Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may be non-returnable even if faulty. This will be clearly stated on the product page.
